Adult filter to use template (TEMPLATES) new

New template file:

/usr/local/directadmin/data/templates/adult.list

containing all internal adult words, allowing to add/remove words as needed if you copy it to the custom file:

/usr/local/directadmin/data/templates/custom/adult.list

New install default: dkim=2 new

New installs will now get dkim=2 as the dkim default.

Since exim is now compiles by default, along with exim.conf 4.5+, the CustomBuild install process will automatically add the required configs.

Existing installs will not be affected.

Debian 8: Loading E-Mail accounts page causes segfault fix

Segfault on load of email accounts page for Debian 8. Other OSs did not exhibit this behavior during testing, but could in theory be triggered.
